It is good to mention to you that KNIFE-HEAVEN.COM is
created and kept alive by our enthousiasm in dealing with great knives from great manufacturers!
We are very happy to find satisfied costumers all over the world, returning for new purchases.
Please be shure that we will offer you fair prices and good quality. Also we hope to give you as a visitor and as our
costumer a good service and we will do all in our means to help you to find what you are looking for.
Our hart lies with scandinavia and its knifemaking. Which very often comes close to art. Hopefully you can relate to that as well.

We ship world-wide.
If the shopsystem does not calculate shipment-fees to your country, just contact us via email.
We will check with UPS and can inform you within a day or so about the shipping-costs.

These are our general conditions:
• Knife-Heaven.com is the trade name of Kadel Trading. All orders are executed by Kadel Trading.
All prices mentioned are Euros inclusive 19% VAT, or several tax-collections.
Orders are only excepted by confirmation of Kadel Trading.
• Before delivery payment must be done. (by banktransfer, Pay-Pal with your creditcard, MasterCard & Visa)
If you choose banktransfer we will reply to you with information concerning BIC and IBAN codes which might make it cheaper and easier for you to transfer the via email invoiced amount.
Please consider PayPal, using your MaserCard or VisaCard. This is really safe and fast. We have very good experiences with this! From abroad for shure one of the cheapest and easiest ways to pay us!!
In consideration with wholesale clients we deliver by invoice.
All invoices must be paid within 14 days without deduction unless agreed differently. By fouling terms of payment client is dued an interest of 10% from total amount of invoice.
Delivered goods remains property of Kadel Trading till total payment is done.
Kadel Trading has the right to retrieve the delivered goods without any magisterial intervention.
Times of delivery are always indicative and optional.
• Delaid delivery times cannot lead to damages. Unless our extensive stock, it is possible that we have to order some goods. Most goods are coming from non EU-countries. So that delivery time from producer will retard our possibilities to deliver swiftly.
In some situations it could happen that there will be a delivery time of 8 weeks.
You will agree by ordering.
• Offers are optional and secondary.
• Deliveries are always exlusive shipment. Shipment costs are calculated by order/weight. Transport is in order and risk of client.
Returning goods only agreed by Kadel Trading and against invoiced of a charged order.
Kadel Trading uses the guarantee of manufacturers and suppliers.
• Natural- and craft products can differ in colour, shape and structure and other variations. People from an other culture or different background
(for example Saamii, Inuit, or other) might consider an item "good" or even "perfect" even when you as a costumer might feel different. You will accept this by ordering.
No returns will be accepted based on differences towards descriptions in our shop or items which might differ from the figured photo.
In some cases even scratches and bruises must be considered to be acceptable.
• Kadel Trading has the right to refuse an order, this refusal cannot lead to damage.
• Every buyer is informed about the general conditions. To our clients we also indicate to the valid laws in your country or legal environment. You are supposed to be informed of all laws.
Further we ask for your attention for a safe handling of knives and knife-parts / knife-blades. This is in everyones benefit and safety.
• NO sale of knives to persons younger than 18 !!
