KNIFE-HEAVEN gift-vouchers.
KNIFE-HEAVEN offers you gift-vouchers in two values: Euro 20,- (twenty euro) an Euro 50,- (fifty euro).
These vouchers can only be bought at our webshop, online:

KNIFE-HEAVEN gift-vouchers can only be cashed-in at our webshop when ordering goods offered here.
The value of the voucher is incl. 19% VAT. Goods offered at our webshop are always at a price incl. VAT.
Therefore there will we no differences in value when using our voucher.
When ordering the voucher we will sell using the usual shipping rates for your country, using the
smalles weight-index possible. Your voucher will be shipped in a smart wrapping with a professional
supplier like for instance UPS/DPD/ect.
ORDERING A VOUCHER:
- You can buy a voucher just like any other item in our shop by adding it to the shopping cart.
- In the window SHIPPING ADDRESS you will be able to define the addres to which you would like the voucher to be shipped.
- Further on your will handle the order as usual, defining your means of payment etc.
- KNIFE-HEAVEN will deliver/ship as soon as your payment is registered. (Your could pay way in advance and make
Shure that we ship on a certain date to be shure of the expected arrival by putting the desired date in the
NOTES BOX when ordering).
AEREA:
Standard-procedure implys that we can ship the voucher you order only within or to your own country.
Reason for this is the way this shop calculates shipping costs (basing itself on your country/location).
Of course we can manually change that. Please contact us via email if you would like your voucher to be sent
to another country than your own. The extra costs for shipping will be added.
DATA ON THE VOUCHER-CERTIFICATE:
# The unique, non-sequential, voucher-number. This number will be accepted only once by our shop-system.
# Name of the recipient (The name you enter at SHIPPING ADDRESS)
# Name of the costumer/bill payer
# Date of release/shipment
# Value in Euros incl. VAT.
USING THE VOUCHER when buying:
# Choose one or more items by placing them in the shopping-cart.
# The total order value in the shopping-cart must be at least the value of the voucher.
When ordering for a smaller amount the additional value of the voucher will be lost !
# In your shopping cart window choose ADD TO CART
# In the DELIVERY INFORMATION window check the shipping address and click CONTINUE
# In the PAYMENT INFORMATION window you can set the billing address, means of payment and
insert the COUPON NUMBER
# click CONTINUE to finish the order
SAFETY:
# KNIFE-HEAVEN vouchers have a unique, non-sequential coupon-number consisting of numbers and letters.
There are no series or sequential numbers following up the one before!
# Eache voucher is issued a date. The voucher is valuable from this date on for two years. After two years
the voucher will not loose its possiblity to be entered, it will only loose 10% of its value each next year.
# Due to the fact that our vouchers have a monetary value we do not ship them via normal mail. Each voucher
Your order is shipped by a professional shipping service provider like UPS.
# Each voucher and ist unique number will be registered when beeing issued in our checkup system incl.
the data offered to us by the buyer. If these data do not mach at the time the voucher is offered to us
for payment, we will contact the buyer to check-up.
# Any data saved by our systems or our office will only be saved in favour of the safety of our voucher system.
No data will be opened of handed to a third party at any time.
